Andy Halpern is a Co-Founder of C19 Certified, a company which was formed as a direct response to help organizations respond to the coronavirus pandemic. Prior to serving in his current role at C19 Certified, Andy spent seven years at Ernst & Young as a trusted consultant providing both Assurance and Transaction Advisory Services. During his career at Ernst & Young, Andy managed the execution of US GAAP compliant audits for both private companies and Fortune 500 companies and more recently served as a trusted financial advisor in over 30 mergers and acquisition transactions valued at over $1.0 billion in consideration transferred. Andy graduated with his Masters in Accountancy from the University of Georgia and is a licensed CPA in the State of Georgia. During his free-time, Andy enjoys all things sports and spending time with his family and friends.
